Confidentiality
Any and all information you choose to share with us related to a free consultation, and/or paid sessions, consultations, and personalized training, is kept confidential. All email interchanges are kept confidential. All worksheets and related documents you choose to complete and email to us are kept confidential. It is that simple.
Cancellation policies
You have the right to cancel your free consultation and/or your scheduled and paid sessions, consultations and personalized trainings at any time. If you cancel a prepaid service, you will be reimbursed in full, by check, except for a $10.00 administration fee. We require that you inform us of your decision to cancel 24 hours prior to the date and time of your scheduled service, by emailing us at info@gomindhacking.com.
We also reserve the right to cancel. If we do cancel a scheduled and paid service, you will be reimbursed in full for all unused service(s) you have prepaid. You will also be informed of the cancellation at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session and the reasons for the cancellation.
